Most of the tires were bad when I bought it, I replaced all the bad ones with new Firestone 12 ply. This is on the main frame. As the tires wore out I replaced them with whatever I had. If I had to buy new I went with Firestones. No more Carlisle tires allowed on this farm, American farmer might be ruled out next too. I'll have to try the string method tomorrrow.
