i have seen a little more selling because of potentially higher tax rates.........but nothing huge.............

i have seen more def payment of money then ever before...............i think the overall producer situation is very well off and that keeps a lot of potential sell pressure off of the market................i do wonder how those just getting into the business or those with super high rents/land payments are doing............i think that group has some risk...........
