Wyoming
We have run hay through it lots of times. Worked well with small squares, kinda slow with round bales but not bad. Lots faster with loose bales than tight ones. No problem with it going out the auger. I know the newer ones that grind faster use a conveyor. That works lots faster, but for the amount we grind and feed this works decent. It's actually a 10 inch auger, just looks small compared to the 18 on the grain cart.

Need lots of weights with heavy 3 point stuff. The boxes are toolboxes we built since with the front duals there isn't room to have a big one by the cab. Did 2 so it looks symmetrical, one for smaller tools and one for pins and chains and longer tools. Pretty happy with them.

We rarely get moisture so the only problem we usually have with that pile is wind trying to blow it away. And deer, they've been all over it. It will be fed before it can spoil or before we get snow probably. If we even do, last few years we only got one or two decent snows. We actually have more spoilage than normal on the silage pile too because the deer have been so bad. Drought has them looking for feed more in fields and silage and hay piles.
