Our differences are the percentages.  I feel SOME are truly in need of help because of their situation and should probably get MORE assistance.  They probably aren't the ones complaining, they're thankful for the help they get and try to do more on their own.  MOST are in need of help because it is available, but not in the quantity that THEY require.  The illness/job loss/natural disaster deal would be a TINY percentage.  IMHO!
