| I had the same thing happen this summer. When it was all said and done how the investor deal worked was they put down 20% and I made all the payments. They made their money raiseing the rent. I bought it my self instead. If I were you I would look at down gradeing machinery. I would rather run a $15000 4640 on my own farm then a new one and deal with a investor --------did that in the 90's. Figure out how to buy it you will be just fine. | |
