Do you have pain when gripping, or you just can't grip as much? I know therapy seems like a waste of time, but it usually improves your function if you stick with it. Best wishes on contiued recovery.
My ability to grip strongly and tightly is most effected. I have some pain if gripping for an extended time. Like holding the cell phone with that hand for a long call while driving or mowing the yard with the zero turn lawnmower which requires both hands all the time. Otherwise the pain is not bad at all and very random showing up in different areas for no apparent reason. Cold weather makes it worse. My wife says this happened so her dreams of wintering south could be realized.
