In the northwest part of the town near here there is a development built up where there used to be a large hog farm back in the 1960's into the 1970's. I have heard stories of people digging for water lines or basements that say they can still smell hogs when the go down into the fresh-dug hole. Don't know if that is still true or not but just saying........
