looks like total excursion of about 0.004 minutes Long where 1 degree = about 30 some miles at your lat. and 0.0004 deg lat (1 deg - 69 miles) so (69/60)*0.0004=5280 = 2.4 ft ish? and about 12 ish for the long (didn't do the trig, just estimated)
