Grandfield, Ok.
Grease the throwout bearing weekly with 20 shots of grease or more. Had the same problem till I started doing this. You can not over grease this mickey mouse throw out bearing set up, the grease will just sling out to the flywheel housing. Takes 10minutes and is much cheaper and easier than a clutch job. Every Sat. about 2 hours before dark is grease and inspect. Time and money well spent. You are then nast and dirty ready for a shoer and let the drunks have the SAt. nite road.
