Has anyone used the visa/mastercard that you get at wal-mart Think the 5.00 activation fee is crock. Thinking of these for gift cards . Is there a way to get a debit card through bank that works the same way.

Don't mess with those visa/mc cards. The clerk at wherever you want to use them can never get them to work and you'll end up losing the whole value to monthly charges. If you want to give a gift card give one that works at a certain place because they should ALWAYS be able to at least make it work. My two cents. |
