If you can get a lawyer to lift his hand off his desk for less than $200, I would love to know his name.

To the OP....since it is a related party, assuming no animosity between you, I would think you could go this route. Like their ads say, they are not lawyers but a self directed legal service. I have used them for other types of things, I also feel like I have a decent grasp on things and comfortable going on my own.

With attorneys (or CPA's, etc.) you not only buy their expertise, but you also buy peace of mind knowing they are liable for mistakes they make. Most of what they do can be done on your own.
