Pilot Grove, Missouri | I agree with T-Boss. Put it together without gaskets is better. I think the best repair is to get the manifolds planed, clean the head surfaces really good and put the manifolds together with a thin coat of jbweld. I have never had this procedure leak, and it can be taken apart easily. if it is necessary to take it apart the manifolds will come off with a light tap from a rubber mallot and the jbweld can be cleaned off with gasket removal discs on a diegrinder.
