I do it all wrong. Still running a 93 with almost 300,000 miles on it. It has been mine since 1995. Going to upgrade the 5 speed to a 6 speed in the next couple months. Been driving an 85 truck with 93 drivetrain in it the last few weeks too. I really don't plan anytime soon getting a newer truck to replace either of these. I did however buy a Polaris Ranger to do almost all the cattle chores in. The 93 now just hauls cows and occasionally hay, no more beatings in the mud bouncing over pastures. So I guess I do have a newer "pickup" to take a lot of the beating off my old one. Right now if I were to buy a pickup, it would likely be late model, 4 doors, 4x4, diesel.....If I spending that much money on something for the farm, its going to be ag equipment, or inputs.
