WC MN | Guys that put up pivots two years ago have them almost "paid for" here. Most dryland was 150 ish and I watched a pivot get shelled go north of 260. 90 bpa * $7 goes a long ways. Just realize your input costs can be higher as well, seed, fertilizer, electricity, etc. Plus, a lot of baby sitting. I have a quarter I farm but it's leased. Trying to talk the landlord into letting me put a pivot up on it. That would be sweet. | |
