Always raised low tannin milos here because we always assumed we had time to beat the birds to it. If the birds won't eat it, then you might as well be feeding sawdust the tannins are about the same level.
I do hate milo I really do., why does a guy work his rear off to raise a crop that only makes 50bu and feeds worse than corn, A guy can fail horriably and still grow 50bu corn, ............. thats what I used to say but I havn't had 50bu corn sinse about 09 and boy do I wish I had some milo to feed. |
