Buxton ND | Think of this summer buying spree by China a little differently, China buys,sending our prices higher,sending more spec money into beans as the drought hits
as more buying sends beans to ALL TIME RECORD HIGH..... Not just record high prices but record high open interest AND record high spec fund longs @ 260k
NOW did China REALLY need ALL of those beans ? IMO NO......But it was a planting carrot the size of TEXAS to the SA producer,,,to plant and produce MORE to make up for OUR shortfall in yields,which now IS NOT nearly as short as thought it was 2 months ago......... | |
