I'm not sure if the 467 is the same as the 567 as far as slip clutch or a sheer bolts go on your PTO? If it's a slip clutch make sure you've checked to see that it's slipping to spec. I've seen where guys have locked the slip clutches down tight or they are set unbalanced and that will snap belts your belts.
