at least you got a responce from deere, I was trying to get with them about the problems we were having on our 3420 when we first got it, and all I got was dead air. I sent them a letter detailing how poorly their 20 series joystics operated, and how when the operator presense switch went on on me, it almost caused a rollover..... again, no responce. Deere has gotten to the point where the only market they care about is Farming.
