Think about how much of the bin you have to heat until you get it filled some, over dry the next batch and dump on wet and run the fan. I have seen some mold growing in a top dry in late summer because that the corn needs to be moved to a different bin to mix the really dry bottom of drying floor corn with the corn on top that is still wet.
