| My back pain (pinched nerve) goes almost down to my feet on my right side. I think it's from carrying 5 gallons pails of water to calves for 20 years. When I stopped doing that, the pain at least didn't keep getting worse. I have 2 bulged disks and pinched nerve.
I've been to chiropractors and used the TENS unit, and they both help me a lot. But I have to keep going to get the benefit.
I'm scared to have surgery. But probably need it. | |
