Subject: Re: Unconventional Grain drying question

I would harvest it and keep an eye on it and not fill it to the top. Make sure the are is making it through the corn. I have had problems with getting to big of a drying front started and it sealed its self off. That was with 28% corn. Belive it or not I saved it with a Ice auger with a few extentions. Thank god I was young strong and dumb. Manual stiraters is over rated. If you have a full floor you should be ok. Just keep the fan running. The heater may drop humidity which is good with a small fan. Worse would be a big heater get a front started and not have the hp to push it all the way up. Good luck
