| Let's see if I remember right, you are there for a wedding? Only a couple hours away from us. One of these times we will have to get together. How has your foot been treating you? Do you still have to ice and elevate? I am doing that right now. I just did 2 miles on my walking dvd and 15 minutes on my recumbent bike and then some of my physical therapy specifically for my knee. So then I ice and elevate. Have a good time this weekend. | |
