I do the same thing as you. Do what you can on your own and send the rest down the road. The guy that we use is on NAT and goes by pirlbeck. I think that he and his hired man know more than all of them in the local dealership. We rarely have to bring something back for a refix. If we do, he is more than fair to make the bill right.
