The best is lots of contact with people who others don't think are going to sell. Low key, the I'm not trying to push you out or anything but if you ever decide I'd be interested type of contact done when there is no pressure or anything.
The idea is buying land when the normal response in the neighborhood is that they didn't even know it was for sale.
When someone dies or is sick, that's amateur hour and you can bet there's already been several inquiries. | |
