Go with the Polaris RZR 170. It has seat belts and a roll cage a lot safer than any for wheeler. But I am sure anything can happen.

We have a friend that works in the neurosurgery unit at the local children's hospital. She told us that the most devastating head and spinal injuries she sees come from kids rolling 4 wheelers. Why take the chance?
