why do you need such a hot mix of concrete for a cattle pen? 3500-4000 is used everywhere around here for general concrete, if I asked for 7k mix they'd look at me like I was stupid, the re-rod is what makes a good pad, the hottest concrete without steel is a waste, I guess if you're building an interstate or something you might want to do things different.
