Near-north Ontario, French River | Why would you expect Iraq or Afghanistan to offer aid? Both are essentially broke and bordering on civil war, even if they did offer to assist the resources they could offer would be insignificant in the grand scheme of things. FWIW The US has the resources itself to deal with this disaster, I have a hunch even if help was offered it would be turned down anyway. |
