Subject: Building House ,,Contract questions

Huntley Montana

Have a builder lined up to build a house. He has a 2 page contract that I think is very ambigious.. Think I need a better contract with better wording & everything spelled out better.

I want to pay the supplyers/sub contractors directly, to make sure that there is no "hidden leins".

Does anyone have a copy of thier house building contract they can email me?
