| Kind of hard to enforce anti-trust when the government is busy creating the monster. A big pile of the recent regulations pretty much eliminate competition. There are large companies that compete every day and there are plenty that see our leadership more than willing to box out competition for a fee.
And by the way, at this point going after anti trust ends up being a pick the winner thing.
Banking would flatten out with different regulation. I'm a little concerned that the gov'ts action against banks for selling fannie and freddie bad debt is a play to have gov't officially take over the banks
