Looks like a "spring tooth harrow" . Just sold my 40' or so to the junk man . Great for raking tumble weeds then burn them out, or shake loose with front end loader . :>) My Dad actually farmed with those in the 30's did seed bed preparation with them . Dad had cut down his last set down to cultivate trees .
Had about 15 minutes between too wet and too hard !
