Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
They have a collar on the one that broke from a pack up in NE OR, and came south through here, went back to OR, came back, and is now residing about 100 mi south of here. Many days he was covering 50 air miles/day. Last time he went south it only took him about a week to cover several hundred miles, coming from OR, then way out east almost to the NV desert, then back to the trees and down into Lassen Park.

The rumor mill has it that the area he was hanging out in east of SE of here (sagebrush desert type country) has some nut out there who raises wolf/dog hybrids. I know the real wolf spent a lot of time down there, looking for a mate maybe? This one ended up about 400 air miles from home, luckily is now down in CA. I hope it moves into Sacramento.
