Subject: corn ethanol makers weigh switch to butanol

Butamax is rallying other ethanol producers to switch over as early as 2013...they think they can get around the blend wall with butanol.
"Last year, Highwater used nearly 19 million bushels of corn to produce about 55 million gallons of ethanol..."
they call it a "drop in" fuel cause it won't take in water like ethanol...

i'm adding... Nov. 15 deadline approaches on RFS suspension or not...i don't look for it to happen.
