We just let 14.0% beans sit outside in the worst wettest weather in gravity boxes for a week with a tarp covering them. I took them to the elevator yesterday and they looked just like the day we ran them. We were also concerned and it turned out to be a non event. I told dad it was a pretty good test for that situation.
How long would you let 14% beans sit on a truck?
