Any idea who made the scale?

The "Arts-Way" branded scale on my old grinder is a Weigh Tronix.

Every once in a while something happens and it won't turn on by pushing the "on" button by itself.     In order to get it to come on I have to push "off" and then "on" and "clear" at the same time.

Then it will come on with some goofy message and pushing "clear" again will zero the scale.
