Put on a little curry powder, paprika powder and salt. I like quite a bit of curry, just a light dusting of paprika and lightly salted. Let set for 45 min. Add a quarter of a stick of real butter in a saute pan, once melted add the pork chops. When halfway done flip them over and add a package of sliced mushrooms and 1 medium to large onion, diced in small quarters.

Also like them fixed the same way with just salt and pepper for seasoning.
