The deal. assuming he's paying all the fuel he burns. 300 cows is a full time job one person thus works to 40+k plus bennies.. your description works out to bout 45 cows year around. question? why does he need you? seems 2 me like he'd have you buy cows if needed then pay you 25 to 28% of the calves as cow owner and run his own deal.,
