depends whether you are talking about broilers (chicken) or layers (chicken).

From what I've seen, layer manure tends to be wetter than broiler manure.  And turkey would be more like the broiler manure. 

As a rule, you will find manure nutrient analysis to be all over the board.  If wondering about nutrients, it's best to get an analysis.

As a rule, drier manure will tend to be higher in nutrient levels.
