Currently raising feeder pigs for the freezer market. Not a large supply of young pigs in this area. Would like to start breeding a sow or two. Don't really want to keep a boar around . Will a sow show heat without a boar around? Seems everything I read says to have a boar present so they will show heat. Need some thoughts on this.
