To certain govt officials who deals with some bigs. govt wants every small plant in the usa shut down. that enables 7 large entities the volume from the little guys. 2008 farm bill legislated state inspected to reciprocate as usda ins. fsis / usda BOTH seem to have not understood the law from day 1 on the afore. matter of fact they have been doing Thee exact opposite of 08 farm bill on the afore.
