I'm trying to think of what circuits might be availible to provide for this.....about all that is coming to my mind would be to use the low range of the air shifter to supply the control air, then it would not be able to be dumped unless the transmission was in low range. 

 

I'm thinking this is a problem though......trucks are going to look awful silly running back home empty at under 10 mph because they have their lift axles dumped.
