Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | We're also expecting some better corn than we thought a month ago and we have still had no rain. Somehow it has lived to fill out a little better. We are now expecting yields closer to 30 instead of 20-25! * Of course that is on the corn that we haven't already destroyed.
Don't think you have to worry about NE beating Iowa in total production. Too many dryalnd acres with nothing or corn like my possible 30 bu./acre. Pluss some irrigated with pollination problems.
