I used to help run a dragline. Couldn't get it all done in the fall so came back in the spring and applied ahead of beans. Guy farming it told us he got 70+ an acre off it in beans, best he ever had on that field. This was from a sow farm and I believe the target was equivalent to an inch and a half of rain. Dragline has to be the best way to go.
