NEMO | Seth, if a cow or heifer is in the middle (or at any time) of her 21 day cycle, you can give her lutalyse and she will start her cycle over and come back into heat in 2 or 3 days, or in other words 'short cycle'. A lot of times this is a 'false' heat and won't always get bred, but can expect/plan for her to be in heat again 21 days later. Just checking to see if it works for sows/gilts. I will probably try the lutalyse and see. | |
