| What exactly is mandated for ethanol? Is it the 10% blend, the mandate as an oxygenate or the mandate to produce X number of gallons? If it's the latter, I was under the impression that we are producing over that now. I'm not having any luck searching for facts about all of this. Can someone give the hard numbers of what the mandate is, what we are producing now, and just how cutting the mandate would bring more corn to the livestock end user? Also, what would cutting the mandate mean for us at the pump?
