ACH and wire transfer not good enough for them? You do realize you have committed a crime if they drop a check you refuse to cover? You signed it. Check your paperwork. Bet you signed a personal guarantee covering illegal or unauthorized transactions. Plus a signed check? Don't worry about ever going to Court on that. DOA.
