Subject: Growth regulator for soybeans

Eastern Ontario
Have some fields where soybeans consistantly grow to 4 feet or taller with very little pods for size of plant. I know that growth regulators are being used on cotton but have not heard of any used on beans. Anyone know of a product I could use to control the growth and induce fruit set?
