Thousands of acres have been broadcasted via airplanes, helicopters, and high clearance equipment. As mentioned in this thread, success depends on adequate moisture- ldeally ground that is moist before application and then rain afterwards. Also for beans wait til just before leaf drop. In most all cases the radish will not interfere with harvest but be sure to get those off when they are ready.
