| I'm not sure of the measurements but a half sheet is larger than a steam table pan. Our old Jenn-Air convection wall oven is 21" and a steam pan just does fit, with the racks out. We hang the pans from the quides for the racks. If the pan is covered with foil you have to be careful not to teat the foil taking the pan in / out.
