Central Illinois | We just upgraded our PC in the office. When I tried to install the SMS program on the PC was told the registration was not right. Called tech support was told had to pay maintenance fee plus late fees. The amount was $190. I am satisfied with the current version of the software and I have not used the tech support. Is there any way around these fees ? Do all software companies charge like this? This will get real old every time any thing needs to be changed will have to pay all back maintenance fees plus a full year. | |
