Get plenty of GOOD help lined up if your twins, are like our new grand twins, 5 weeks old last friday, boy and girl here also, seem like not much rest or sleep for care givers, grandma and mother, during day, and mom 37 and dad 39 at night feeding ever 2-3 hrs, diapers always need changing, when one stirs, the other one wakes up too.
